Pink Ambition will uphold our professionalism and we ask that you do the same in respecting and adhering to the policies & procedures of our studio. If you have any questions regarding our policies, please notify the studio before making any appointments or purchases.

All sales are final—no refunds—memberships and class pack credits cannot be shared or transferred. All private lessons, workshops, classes, packages, and party deposits are non-refundable. Once you purchase your classes, make sure you know the expiration date and use all classes before that date. We will not extend the expiration date.

No student arriving later than 5 minutes after the start of a class will be admitted. This is to ensure that students get a full and proper warm-up before participating in any fitness class. Should you arrive late, and you are registered for the following class, you are welcome to wait in our lobby. Note, this is equivalent to a late cancel or no show so those penalties will also apply. We thank you for understanding and adhering to all our policies allowing us to provide a safe environment to get fit!

Class cancellations are permitted with no penalty up to 8 hours prior to the start of class. Should you cancel less than 8 hours prior to the start of class it is regarded as a late cancel and you will be charged for the class. In the event of a No Show your class credit will be forfeited.

If a class has less than 2 students registered 8 hours prior to the start of class, the class will be canceled. Students already enrolled will be notified 7 hours prior to class via email.* The credit used to sign up for the class will be returned to the students account to use again before the pass expiration date.  Make sure to check pass expiration dates as we do not allow extensions or refunds. You can do this by going to the Schedulebliss app then going to “Your Account” then the “passes” tab.

*Classes scheduled anytime before 11:59 am that do not meet minimum enrollment will be canceled no later than midnight the night before. 

We reserve the right to cancel classes short notice in the event of an emergency. We will return credit to affected students accounts to be used at a later date in the event this occurs.

All studio rules and class policies listed on this page still apply to memberships on top of the additional membership polices listed above.

Non-Members are not eligible for membership class pricing. Non-members who buy classes at membership rates will be charged the full amount owed at drop-in pricing rates.

If students want to use itac/beeswax based grips they must purchase and use itac cleaner to wipe down their poles. No other/outside cleaners allowed.

At this time masks are optional. Please be considerate, if you are experiencing symptoms or have had an exposure please do not attend classes. This policy is subject to change based on local, state, or federal laws.

In the event a medical professional has restricted a student’s physical activity due to injury, health precautions, etc. Pink Ambition Pole Fitness requires a doctor’s note stating when the student is allowed to return to physical activity.

Alcohol and mind altering substances are prohibited at all times at the studio. This includes prior to your class, if your instructor or any staff member suspects that you are under the influence of alcohol or any other mind altering substances you will be asked to leave for the remainder of the day. No refund or studio credit will be given in this situation.

The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The deposit is applied toward party costs.

We require parties to show up 15 minutes early to complete payment and fill out waivers. Otherwise your party time will be cut into as we will not run over scheduled time to accommodate tardiness.

If you are more than 30 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your party for another day time if we have a scheduled party or class that you may interfere with.

Private Party Cancellations:

Private parties require a non-refundable $100 deposit upon booking, which is forfeited if the party is rescheduled with less than 1 week's notice or if canceled. The deposit is transferred to the new time if more than 1 week's notice is given for rescheduling and is applied to the total cost of the party when you arrive.

Payment in advance via card or venmo is required to reserve a private lesson/class/practice. Cash payments on day of are accepted but a card must still be on file in advance to reserve a private lesson/class/practice.

24 hours notice is required in the event that a student needs to reschedule a private lesson, class, or practice. If notice is not received, all payments will be forfeited.

Private Lesson, Private Practice, & Private Class Cancellations:

Private lessons, practices, and classes can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment with no penalty. Less than 24-hour notice and the client is still charged for the appointment.

Must be 18 years of age or over to participate in any class

All prices are subject to change without notification

Registration and class payment is due prior to attending class

Class schedule is subject to change based on instructor availability

Please respect your instructors and fellow students and leave your phone conversations outside the studio while in class. This goes to text messaging as well (Please put your phone on silent)

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for the protection of our clients and staff

Before participating in any class please notify the instructor of any injuries, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, or pregnancy

In order to respect the privacy and comfort level of our students, no spectators are allowed in class at any time

Only instructors may spot students during pole activity

If a class has less than 2 students registered 8 hours prior to the class, it may be canceled at the instructor's discretion.

Pink Ambition Dance & Fitness is a judgment-free fitness/dance studio

Please stop at the front desk and check-in for every class prior to entering the studio

You must all remove rings, bracelets, and watches for pole classes to avoid damage to the poles and to your jewelry

Pink Ambition Dance & Fitness will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please keep all personal and valuable items in your car prior to the start of class
